You can find Stahllflex wiring kits for many vehicle models and configurations at
and on our website motorrad.helperformance.de(please click the link)

For many models, we offer various routing options:
OEM, like the original (standard kit):
The brake lines correspond to an original replacement part in terms of length, number, and routing.
Alternatively, Full Length:
Two lines routed directly from the brake master cylinder—one to the right and one to the left—to the brake calipers.
Alternatively, Over the Mudguard:
One line runs directly from the brake master cylinder to the right brake caliper; the second runs from there over the mudguard to the left brake caliper.

HEL Performance is (to the best of our knowledge) currently the only manufacturer that holds an ABE certification for hose kits using this so-called “alternative routing method.” Protect yourself from mislabeledhoses that lack ABE certification. Your safety is at stake!
Tip: Request the corresponding ABE certificate with the scope of applicationwhen purchasing the line set!

Stainless steel brake lines and kits from HEL Performance optimize the brake system of your motorcycle. Better modulation and a precise pressure point give you completely new control over the entire braking process! No matter whether you ride a MotoGP, Moto-2, Moto3, WSBK, IDM, EWC motorcycle or a simple 50cc scooter. Every vehicle must have the best possible braking system in every situation. Precious steel flex brake lines from HEL Performance are the key to this.

The fine line between victory and defeat

On every kilometer of a race track, it becomes clear how important a well-balanced brake system is. Perfect control gives you the confidence you need because the difference between a good rider and an average one is that one has speed under control, the other does not. That's why here at HEL Performance we make the best lines and you have the control you need for top performance.

With us you will find the right brake line kit for your vehicle and get what you expect, high quality materials, excellent performance and visually outstanding brake lines.

We only use stainless steel components for all parts of our lines and not steel connections like other manufacturers, which rust over the course of their service life and pose a safety risk again.

Choose your desired color and click on Add to cart to order your HEL brake lines.

HEL Performance offers you brake line kits in the so-called "alternative installation method", also with ABE!

We offer different installation variants for many models:

OEM, as original (standard kit): The brake lines correspond in length, number and routing to an original spare part.

Alternative, Full Length: Two lines routed directly from the brake pump, one to the right and one to the left, to the brake callipers.

Alternative, Over the Mudguard: One line is routed directly from the brake pump to the right-hand brake calliper, the second from there via the mudguard to the left-hand brake calliper.

HEL-Performance® Combined Rear Brake Pump, 13mm Piston Diameter!

The combination brake pump for the rear wheel was developed so that a pump on the handlebars (whether thumb brake or pull brake) can be used in conjunction with the foot brake for the rear wheel. This is often required by the rules. In such cases, the foot brake must remain in place. However, an additional hand-operated brake pump is permitted.

The new combination brake pump has two connections:
            A) M12x1.00 thread for the handlebar-mounted pump (e.g., thumb brake pump)
            B) M10x1.00 thread for the line leading to the rear brake caliper

So how does it work?
Quite simply, the pump on the handlebars can be operated as long as the combined brake pump is not pressed.
The pressure is routed directly through the combination brake pump to the rear brake caliper.

However, when the handlebar pump is pressed, the combined brake pump can also be actuated.
In principle, the two pumps are arranged in series.

If the combined brake pump is pressed, you can press the handlebar pump as much as you want. Nothing happens because the inlet (M12x1.00) is “sealed off” by the piston in the combined brake pump.

HEL-Performance® Radial Hand Brake Master Cylinder, 19 or 16 mm Piston Diameter! HMC-MK-I

!!! 2025 Price Reduction: Now Only €289.00 MSRP !!!

The HEL Performance radial brake master cylinder has now become a staple of the racing scene.
Machined from solid material (housing and lever) and a real steal for less than 300 euros!

It is available in two versions:
a) 19 mm piston diameter ( 19 x 18, 19 x 19, 19 x 20 mm)
b) 16 mm piston diameter ( 16 x 18, 16 x 19, 16 x 20mm)

Both the housing and the lever are milled from solid material at HEL Performance in Exeter (UK) using brand-new CNC machining centers. The housing is nickel-plated, and the lever is black anodized.

The newly developed brake levers come with two inserts that allow the pump’s gear ratio to be adjusted as needed.

Insert 1) has a center hole, while Insert 2) has an off-center hole.

Simply swap or rotate the insert to set the desired gear ratio for optimal control and brake feel.

The pumps are designed for use onboth the right and left sides of the handlebars !!! The bleed nipples and the brake line connection have the same thread (M10x1.00). This allows either the brake line or, optionally, the bleed nipple to be used at both holes.

Weight: Approx. 285 grams
Material : Housing / Lever = 6082-T6 aluminum, machined from solid
Pistons and screws = stainless steel
Housing: hard-coated or anodized
Lever: Anodized

HEL-Performance® Stainless Steel Adapter Set M10x1.00 Female/Male Threads

This adapter set allows ring fittings to be mounted on internal-threaded connections, such as those with a swivel nut
With connections featuring a floating nut, it is not possible to simply screw in a hollow screw. This would not provide a seal.
The adapter makes this possible because the external thread seals against the sealing cone at the bottom. The hollow screw is screwed into the internal thread and seals via a copper sealing ring (or aluminum, etc.)

The stainless steel adapter has 1 x M10x1.00 internal thread and 1 x M10x1.00 external thread!
Length: approx. 20 mm
Total length with external thread: approx. 31 mm
