Delivery options:

Collection from us (Click & Collect)
By prior arrangement only.

Shipping
We currently deliver to customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
As a rule, we send our deliveries by post or DHL parcel service.
Delivery is made from our warehouse to the delivery address you specify.
(No shipping for vehicles. Only collection from us is possible for vehicles)

Delivery time
Your order will of course be processed by us immediately after receipt.
The handover to the carrier (parcel service, post office/DHL or forwarding agent etc.) usually takes place within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment.
You will automatically receive information from us about the processing status/progress/parcel tracking number for your order.

Please refer to the table below for the delivery time.
The information in the column "LZ" is approximate and refers to the number of days after handover to the carrier. Not the days since receipt of the order.

Depending on circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), the delivery time may also be delayed (weather, disasters, strikes, etc.).
(Delivery time: period from handover to the carrier until delivery at the destination address. Either personally to the recipient or to a person, company or address/storage location specified by the recipient)

If delivery delays occur, you will be informed immediately by e-mail.

Payment options:

Prepayment
In the case of prepayment, you will receive an order confirmation and an invoice following your order.
Please transfer the invoice amount to the bank account specified by us.
The goods will be dispatched as soon as we have received the payment.
You will receive a shipping notification.

Datatrans
Datatrans is the online payment service with which you can pay securely, easily and quickly in online stores.

PayPal
PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily and quickly in online stores - free of charge.

After clicking on "Continue" in the "Checkout module", you will be taken directly to PayPal, where you must log in and confirm your address. You will then be redirected back to the store. However, the order is only triggered and billed when you click on "order with obligation to pay" on the overview page!

Cash on delivery
We currently no longer offer cash on delivery as a payment method!

Additional payment options for retailers and business customers:

SEPA direct debit
If you are registered and activated with us as a merchant, you have the option of sending us the "Agreement for the collection of receivables from deliveries of goods". You can revoke this agreement at any time

Invoice
Purchase on account for immediate payment without further deductions, after receipt of the goods delivery.

Shipping costs overview (postage & packaging)

Prices quoted include the statutory value added tax.

For orders over EUR 750.00 we recommend taking out additional transport insurance.
