HEL-Performance® 4-Piston Radial Brake Caliper (1 Pair), Smooth Back (INTRODUCTORY PRICE)

HEL Performance brake calipers are available with a MotoGP-inspired nickel coating. Each caliper is equipped with two pad retaining pins. To replace the brake pads, simply unscrew these pins briefly and swap out the pads. The calipers should be blown out with air before reinstallation to ensure that the internal surfaces are clean. Separate bleed nipples ensure that the bleed point is located at the highest possible point on the caliper. Our brake calipers also feature a complete, circumferential fluid path. This means that fluid flows in a complete loop through the brake caliper, making it easier to completely remove air from the system.

Our brake calipers weigh 715 grams (without pads) and are equipped with stainless steel pistons. Stainless steel acts as a heat sink, dissipating the heat generated by braking. The brake fluid heats up less. The boiling point of brake fluids varies depending on the specific fluid used. Storing the heat in the pistons rather than heating the fluid improves braking performance over a longer period—perfect for the track.

We manufacture our brake calipers exclusively on state-of-the-art CNC machines from solid 6082-T6 billet aluminum. Many mass-produced brake calipers are forged, but this limits their design possibilities. The forged parts must also be machined for threads and the internal flow path, as the forging process is unable to produce these details. We offer the very highest product quality. The finish is breathtaking, with every part manufactured to CNC precision. We maximize weight savings and minimize material consumption. The calipers are designed to accommodate stock brake pads for well-known supersport motorcycles. This gives you a wide selection of brake pads from nearly all manufacturers and suppliers. We currently offer EBC FA390 brake pads as an option. In our extensive testing with renowned top riders on various race tracks in Spain and England, as well as in street use, these pads have delivered outstanding performance and results. The EP pad compound has ABE certification; the GPX pad compound is a pure racing compound without ABE certification. Comparable brake pad types for: SBS = 809, DP = DP950, Vesrah = VD-170, Ferodo = FDB2181, CL-Brakes = 1134 (Source: SBS.dk), TRW = MCB755 (Source: trwmoto.com)

HEL-Performance® ratchet clamp HLL-009

Universal clamp with ratchet. We often use them in the car sector to hold the cable guides in position. Otherwise, the hose itself could slip through the guide and become too short on one side and too long on the other. This prevents damage to the cable.

The clamp can be retrofitted to a ready-made HEL brake line.

HEL-Performance® Thumb Brake Pump TB-2 - Long Lever (100 mm)

We’re continuing to move forward with new products from HEL Performance.
Next, we’re introducing the new TB-2 thumb brake pump.

• The TB-2 is the successor to the already successful TB-1.
• With its many adjustment options, it should meet all your personal needs.
• The clamp is mounted directly on the handlebars—not on the fork, as was previously the case. The pump can be positioned as desired.
• The lever spacing can be conveniently adjusted at any time—just like on the radial brake pump—using the adjustment wheel.

Thumb, what more could you want!!??!!

It is available in two versions:
a) 13 mm piston diameter, HARTCOAT BLACK housing
b) 13 mm piston diameter, HARTCOAT GREY housing

The lever itself is always supplied with a black anodized finish.

The clamp for mounting on the handlebar/stem has a 22mm diameter

Both the housing and the lever are milled from solid material at HEL Performance in Exeter (UK) using brand-new CNC machining centers.

HEL Performance is (to the best of our knowledge) currently the only manufacturer that has an ABE certification for hose kits using this so-called “alternative routing method.” Beware of mislabeledhoses that do not have an ABE certification. Your safety is at stake!
